Our Story
Who we are!
Since 2009, WUTW’s mission has been to provide educational, professional, personal empowerment, and artistic programs for all people, with a special emphasis on girls, women, senior women, and underserved BIPOC communities.
Our engagement programs are rooted in authentic, community-centered outreach—door to door and person to person—led by community leader J. MOST.
Our programs and academic curriculum are designed to reach people of every age, gender, culture, and ethnicity.
We bring strong experience in education, fitness, dance, and community outreach, along with a wide range of mental health and trauma recovery approaches that uplift and empower individuals as they move through barriers that may exist. Women “UNITE” To Win by NEG, Inc. has worked closely with communities of all ethnicities. Our goal is to reach all communities and connect people with the resources they need to live healthy, flourishing lives.
Our impact is demonstrated through more than 500,000 community participants reached across nearly every area of the Twin Cities.

J. MOST
J. MOST is a visionary leader with a passion for community empowerment. As Co-Founder of National Empowerment Group, Inc. and Founder/CEO of Women “UNITE” To Win BY NEG, along with the Women "UNITE" To Win Women's Appreciation Luncheon, he has dedicated his life to educating and empowering communities. His journey began early in high school, where he worked at the Boys and Girls Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, gaining firsthand experience in community programming and the importance of community engagement. Through college and beyond, he continued to learn and serve, honing his skills as a mentor, coach, and speaker.
With over 20 years of experience in teaching and social services, J. MOST is a trained educator specializing in special needs and at-risk students. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from St. Cloud State University.
In addition to his community service, J. MOST is a national performing artist, songwriter, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of J. MOST Music Lyrics, LLC, World Class Events & Promo, COMMAND STEPPERS MN feat J. MOST, and Knowledge Of The Game, LLC. J. MOST's impact extends beyond his own endeavors, as he believes in empowering individuals to create positive change in their communities. Many have been inspired by his leadership to pursue their own paths in community service, teaching, and entrepreneurship, creating a ripple effect of empowerment and transformation.
